High Efficiency Lighting System Designed for Computershare Facilities

Bluestone analyzed energy usage and designed more efficient solutions at three Computershare locations in the US.

Computershare Headquarters - MA

Bluestone designed and installed a comprehensive solution for Computershare’s 215,000 sq. ft. Canton, Massachusetts headquarters. As part of this solution, they removed existing metal halide lighting fixtures from Computershare’s parking garage and replaced them with more efficient T-8 technology.

Computershare - IL

Bluestone removed existing metal halide and parabolic lighting fixtures from 45,000 sq. ft. of both office and warehouse space and installed more efficient lighting with occupancy sensors.

Computershare - NJ

Bluestone replaced older parabolic lighting fixtures with more efficient parabolic and T-8 lighting fixtures, as well as installing an Energy Management System, qualifying this facility for nearly $50,000 in utility incentives.
